5 Simple Anti-Aging Makeup Tricks: Anti Aging: allure.com
The link above will take you to a short slideshow featuring 5 makeup tips to help you look younger from makeup artist to the stars, Jillian Dempsey, via allure.com. The ones that stand out for me (in a good way) are:
- eyes: using a creamy brown eyeliner in the crease to blend out to the edge of the eye (I’m going to try it with Laura Mercier’s “amethyst” from the Caviar Eyeliner product line ‘coz the color is deep but not as dark as brown)
- eyes: lining only the eyelid
- face: using highlighter to emphasize eyes/cheekbones: I just discovered this incredible product and love it (stay tuned).
This may sound a little snarky, but I’m not sure that bronzer is helping the lovely but older Jessica Lange. And couldn’t they find someone a little older than Jane Levy to feature for the “anti-aging” lipstick tip? But 3 out of 5 ain’t bad!
