Thank goodness the holidays came around to justify my obsession with all things glitter. I’ve been this way since I was a little girl, and I guess I’m not going to grow out of it. That’s OK, right?

Sephora Sparkle & Shine Compact Mirror
I like to carry glittery things with me, so I was excited when I saw the sparkly gold glitter encrusted compact mirror at Sephora today.
The gold glitter is on both the front and back of the compact. It’s the perfect size, under 3 inches square, to carry in my purse or in an evening bag.
Inside are two high quality bevel set mirrors, a regular mirror on one side and a 2x magnifying mirror on the other.
The mirrored compact is versatile in that it can lie flat or stand open. This lovely mirror compact is a true bargain at $12!
Breakups to Makeup Large Glitter Makeup Bag
I received a small cotton Breakups to Makeup makeup bag with a witty saying on the front from ipsy last summer. I love it, and I use it all the time to hold my most used makeup items. I keep it on my bathroom vanity, and I take it with me when I travel. But truth be told, I’ve outgrown it. It’s just too small. I have so much makeup that I use on a regular basis that I was never able to zip it up. Mascara tubes and cream shadow sticks were always peaking out of the top.
I’ve been stalking the glittery, large Breakups to Makeup bags at Sephora for the past 6 weeks or so. There’s a gold glitter bag, and a multicolored glitter bag. I kept thinking that I didn’t need it, but actually I do. I am trying to neaten up my bathroom vanity by getting rid of the makeup clutter, and this bag could help. How fun are these glitter products? The most important thing is that they are so useful. The IT brush set is fabulous, I didn’t realize the case was a holder too. I love the mirror but not as much as the cosmetic bag. Great choices!

I love glitter too, it’s why I made my first MAC purchase in like two years with the Mariah Carey collection. The lipstick bullets look like the IT brushes, SO shimmery and so pretty!

Yay! The brushes from IT Cos and Ulta are almost too pretty to use
I love those glittery IT Cos brushes, and the case they come in. Last year, I think Sephora did a glittery brush set I wanted, and women were shoving each other to get it, so I couldn’t buy one. Will see if this turns up and get ready to have my hair pulled in the scuffle!

Sephora has a set with white bristles and gold glitter suspended in clear plastic handles this year in the U.S. They’re cute but I’m sorry you don’t have access to Ulta because these are much nicer IMO 🙁
