Beauty Junkees New Cheek Singles

Beauty Junkees has been very busy this past year. They are expanding their new makeup line by leaps and bounds. Not long ago, I shared the Contouring and Highlighting Palette with you here. And they recently introduced a fabulous new magnetic palette that I reviewed here.

Now, they’re taking cheek makeup a step further with the introduction of blush and highlighter singles! And they are magnetized to pop into the Beauty Junkees magnetic palette.

I received a magnetic palette filled with 8 of these new beauties: 6 matte blushes and 2 shimmer highlighters. Let’s take a look at the shades from right to left:

  • Pink Parfait highlighter
  • Whipped Mocha blush
  • Twilight Dream blush
  • Mauve Mist blush
  • Pow! highlighter
  • Infinity blush
  • Peach Petal blush
  • Russet Rose blush

Here are the swatches with the above shades from top to bottom:

I actually use a couple of the shades – Whipped Mocha  and Infinity blushes – as contour colors. Peach Petal, Mauve Mist and Twilight Dream are my favorite blush shades, and of course, I adore Pink Parfait highlighter.

The matte blush shades are highly pigmented, and the highlighters are appropriately pigmented so that you don’t look like a disco ball. In fact, I apply the deeper blush shades with a fan brush for a light sweep of color. They are not powdery, and they stay put. They blend well, and they last till I remove them.

Each magnetized blush or highlighter pan is 1 3/8″ in diameter, and they’re priced at $8 each. But you can save by buying them as duos ($14.97) in 6 collections. Head over to the Beauty Junkees site to check out the new shades as well as the very sturdy magnetic palette made from heavy plastic and the strongest cardboard with a full size mirror.

Just a reminder that Beauty Junkees is a cruelty-free brand, and the cheek singles are gluten-free and paraben-free. They’re made in the U.S.

You can get more info on the Beauty Junkees cheek singles and duos as well as the magnetic palette on their website. You can purchase all the cheek shades and the magnetic palette as well as everything else from Beauty Junkees on Amazon where you can get an additional 15% off with a code specially for readers of Never Say Die Beauty until 4/30/17 with the code NEVERS15. 1. Miranda, I checked with the company’s marketing director, and it must be another brand that looks similar that you saw at TJs. The cheek makeup from Beauty Junkees is brand new, and they own their brand and sell only on their website and Amazon.

Great review Allison. I am really becoming a fan of BJ. They have such affordable, pretty products and they seem to have wonderful customer service. When I ordered from them on the lip treatment you reviewed they sent me a follow up email making sure I was satisfied and a coupon code. The blushes look lovely and I’m still in search of the prefect high lighter that’s not too sparkly on my face. Thanks for the 15% off code, makes them super affordable. ☺

    1. It’s definitely easy to be a Beauty Junkees fan, Laura. I don’t know how they do the quality they do at such an affordable price point. Did you try any of their brushes? They’re beyond amazing, especially the kabuki set – dreamy! The highlighters are not super sparkly at all. In fact, the pink one didn’t show up very well in the photo because its ‘s subtle. The champagne shade has more oomph. In contrast, the blushes are really pigmented! I just bought a stick highlighter from Wet N Wild that I want to show. I thought I bought the pink one (online) but ended up receiving a champagne shade but it’s pretty and very affordable: $3.99!

  15. I love the deep pink shades. Looking forward for your review.

    1. That is my review, lol!
