Probably because I had a lot to do, this week absolutely sped by, though it seemed like a long week. Can both things be true at the same time?
Happy May Day! April showers bring May flowers, right? It may rain much of the coming week. Although our area is supposed to be in a drought, the ground is completely saturated and local ponds are overflowing their banks. Again, how can both things be true at the same time: drought and saturated ground/overflowering ponds?
Whatever.

Gabrielle, I am 22 minutes early for Ipsy Choice Day, but when I went to the website I got this page: (unfortunately I can’t post the screenshot here in the comments) “We’re using your profile & reviews to pick the best products for YOU. WE’RE MAKING YOUR GLAM BAG PLUS. We’re picking out products for you. We’ll email you as soon as your bag is ready.”
Obviously, something is wrong and that person from Customer Support didn’t fix it. I will wait till tomorrow and try again and see if I get the same message. Then I’ll try Customer Support again. I know it’s too late to cancel this month, plus they gave me extra points and I guess I may as well get the free thing.
I went there today without an email and successfully selected. OMG! My Glam Bag X is amazing! I’m getting Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream (which I LOVE!), Olaplex 0, Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream… I’m delighted! I hope you are checking and hopefully selecting cool things for your Plus!
Wow, Gabrielle, that is a truly fantastic bag! I am so excited for you. I should have gone for it, lol. I have always wanted to try the CT Magic Cream. LMK how you like the OH Banana Bright Eye Cream. This morning, I tried going to Ipsy via the app instead of the website, and it worked like a charm. That’s what I’ll do from now on.

You know, I don’t remember! I think that Ipsy picked out a makeup brush set for me, and I bought a full size FAB Cleanser as an add-on and a travel size Olaplex No. 3. I chose a Haus liquid eyeshadow that probably will be too drying for my dry lids, but I couldn’t resist trying it. And I can’t remember the rest. There were quite a few things I was interested in, yay.
I am so pleased you actually got to choose and get add ons this month! I decided to skip next month. The spoilers look iffy to me. But I am so looking forward to my X!

Gee, I am not very impressed with those spoiler products either. Maybe I should pass on June, too, and perhaps try Boxwalla? I will have to see what Boxwalla is offering for next month (do they publish what’s in their boxes beforehand?)
