Both spring holidays Passover and Easter are here this weekend! Our first seder was on Friday night. As much as I love Passover and getting together with my family, I hate it when my birthday is during Passover when we can’t eat anything with leavening. So no traditional birthday cake, boo hoo. But Jeff is trying his hand at making me an orange cake made with almond flour and a ton of eggs. I’m hoping for the best.
