A Few Days Vacay and Early Spring Fashion Flash

I saved this week’s Fashion Flash to post while I am visiting friends in the frozen north for a few days. To be honest, I am done with winter especially after a day of almost 60 degrees this week. But this was the only time we could agree on for our visit. Hopefully, Jeff will get in a day or two of skiing, and I hope to get some snow shoeing in for the first time this winter. Also, my friend’s condo is across the street from the Garnet Hill Outlet store!

The current edition of Fashion Flash is being hosted by the fabulous Cindy from Prime Beauty Blog. Click on over and take a look! Cindy is calling this edition, “Early Spring”. Not sure where she’s located, but we’ve got another month of winter here in New England in spite of that one warmish day this week 😉

Here’s what you can expect in this week’s edition:

  • how to fall asleep faster
  • a lip gel that deeply hydrates while plumping
  • how to look cute while you’re lounging at home
  • a tropical paradise in Germany
  • solution for thinning lashes
  • vitamin supplements and healthy skin: myth or truth
  • how to count calories in your 60s
  • a new type of razor for women
  • exercise for Heart Health Awareness Month including Cardio Dance
  • how to approach menopause
  • a look at a newly relaunched indie makeup brand

So if you have some time to relax, head to Prime Beauty Blog and Fashion Flash and have yourself a good read. Have a good rest of the week!

Have a great time away. I was watching the weather last night and it looked like your area was going to get quite a bit of snow! Hope it went south of you.

    1. Thank you, Sandy! I’m back! There was a small blizzard on Thursday in the mountains of northern New Hampshire, and the winds were so strong that they shut down the mountains for skiing because the lifts would be dangerous. So we went to a natural history museum and planetarium instead. Friday, Jeff and Sue skied, and then we snow shoed. We had a wonderful time. No snow here in the Boston area, and today Boston is in the low 60s! Hope all’s well with you!
