Usually this weekend in October is the peak of foliage in Massachusetts. But it’s been surprisingly warm, and there’s been very little rain. As a result, the foliage seems to be behind by a week or two, and the colors, especially the sugar maples that are typically very bright, are muted. The weather has been in the 70s, and it’s almost beach weather. I am not complaining. With all of the natural disasters happening throughout the U.S., we’ve been very lucky. I hope things are good where you are.
