Happy first weekend of fall! Does it feel like fall where you are? This past week, we’ve had almost every kind of weather: hot beach days at the beginning of the week, heavy rain from the remnants of the hurricane in the South, very chilly nights, and beautiful sunny days in the 60s and low 70s. This will be one of our first weekends in a while that isn’t a beach weekend. Time for our fall activities. I think today we will visit a brand new place called One Mighty Mill in Lynn MA, a city that was long down on its luck that seems to be rebounding with artists, restaurants, and creative businesses started by talented Millennials. The founder of One Mighty Mill builds old school mills out of huge stones and grinds flour. The business sells locally grown grains ground into different flours that are “better for you” and easier to digest as well as freshly baked bagels, tortillas and pretzels. We’re going for the bagels, and I’ll buy some flour for my breads.
