I’ve mentioned before that I long for straight glossy hair. I’ve found some great products for this look too. But nothing beats the CHI AIR SETTER. This is a 2-in-1 flat iron and curler with cool air technology. After I use this I’m walking around in hair glory. It’s really easy to use for silky straight hair but you can also get bouncy curls from it or add a little curl to those straight locks.
Since I mostly use it for straight hair here’s my routine. I wash and condition my hair and then use my CHI blow dryer to get out the moisture. Turn on the Cool Air Technology before you need it to get it ready to create long lasting results.
At the moment I’m unable to use this because my arm is in a hard cast and my husband is willing to quickly blow dry my hair but nothing else. I used it often though before my fall and miss the precision look I was able to create. As soon as I’m two handed though I’ll be back on top of the hair game.
After my hair is dry I brush through and pick up a chunk of hair and place it between the blades. Next step is to press together the cool tips and glide it down. You can do a little twist too to create some volume and light curl. Once you’ve gone from the root to the tip you’ll be delighted with the appearance of your hair. Complete your style with the AIR SETTER and do a little dance so you can admire the style you easily created.
My hair lasts from this styling for 3 days before I even have to think about it again. I can always do a touch-up by using a spray protector and freshen my hair up with the CHI AIR SETTER. I am simply amazed and very delighted with this styling product.

So sorry to hear about your injury. I hope it heals quickly! I may buy this tool. I have a good amount of hair, but, it’s fine and too soft, needing root lift and volume. Thanks for the great review!

This sounds like a terrific device! I love that it can create curls as well as straighten. Sounds like fun! I hope you’ll be able to be using it again before you know it. Marty is a good husband to give you a “loose blow dry”. I’m not sure I could even imagine Jeff doing that.
