The holidays are not that far away. In fact, Costco has been selling decorated, illuminated Christmas trees for a month already. So, while I was shopping there today for a couple of things I needed, I picked up a couple of potential gifts as well as a pair of jogging tights for myself.
While I took a quick turn through the personal care area of the store, I saw a number of new items that I had never seen before at Costco. Makeup Eraser. Ziplock Makeup Bags from Ziplock. Strivectin Neck Cream. And a bargain gift box from Crabtree & Evelyn. I have been a fan of Crabtree & Evelyn’s Rosewater collection for decades, so I was thrilled to see it at Costco. The box contains two 16.9 fl. oz. pump bottles of Rosewater Bath & Shower Gel and a purse size (0.9 fl. oz.) tube of Rosewater Hand Therapy.
What really surprised me most was the price. The entire box, including the two large size bath & shower gel and the purse size hand cream, costs $14.97! In the past, I have purchased a smaller size of Rosewater Bath & Shower Gel, and I’m pretty sure that one smaller bottle cost me more than this box.
I love the pump bottles that the Rosewater Bath & Shower Gel come in. Usually the C&E Bath & Shower Gels I’ve used in the past as well as my favorite Molton & Brown Bath & Shower Gels come in bottles with tops where you need to push down on one side so the piece with the opening flips up.
The pump bottle is just so much easier to use.
Importantly, I have always thought that Crabtree & Evelyn Rosewater scent is one of the best, one of the most authentically rose scents. And it smells as delightful to me as ever. However, you have to be a rose fan to buy this because it is mega-rose!
The Rosewater Hand Therapy is also terrific. The scent is the same as the Bath & Shower Gel. The hand cream itself glides on, absorbs very quickly, is greaseless, and coats like a glove.
What’s great about this box is that you can keep one of the bottles for yourself and make a gift basket with the other bottle of Bath & Shower Gel and the tube of Hand Therapy for a friend who’s a rose lover.
I just looked at Costco.com to see if the Rosewater Bath & Shower Gel duo and Hand Therapy is sold online, and as of today, they are not online. So check your local Costco store if you’re interested. At Costco.com, you can buy two bottles of Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners Hand Wash for $19.99 and two bottles of Gardeners Body Wash (8.4 fl. oz.) for $19.97.

Excellent gift idea. I find with Costco that once these go (and quickly) you won’t find them again so it’s good to pick it up when you can.
