I usually take Sundays off from blogging, but this week I have something to let you know about today only.
This year I pretty much ignored Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty. Not that they didn’t have some good buys. They definitely did and still do. But I am at the stage where I’m going to have to move because I have so much makeup and skincare. Not that I’m complaining. It’s just that I have to be much more selective.
Nevertheless, I had to shout about today’s Beauty Steal that’s 50% off at Ulta. They are offering two of my favorites today, Sunday April 2, only:

Lorac Shadow Palettes
I bought Lorac’s Unzipped Gold shadow palette when it came out about two years ago. The regular price is $42, and today only, it is $21! But one of my loyal readers just told me that IT’S ONLY FOR ULTA PLATINUM MEMBERS! My bad 🙁
However, after 2 years, Unzipped Gold remains one of my all-time favorite shadow palettes. It has a mix of shimmers and mattes. The gold and the bronze shades are the best ever! And the pinks are so pretty and perfect for spring. Buttery and easy to blend shadows. Don’t miss it if you don’t own it already! Or consider stockpiling it as a gift for someone deserving 😉
I don’t own the regular Unzipped palette, but it looks like a lovely palette of neutrals. I’m sure it’s a good one too because it gets super high ratings from owners.
Shiseido Lash Curler
If you’re afraid to switch to a heated lash curler (you really should, they don’t get very hot at all but they work), definitely check out Shiseido’s Lash Curler on sale for $10. It doesn’t crimp your lashes, and the curl stays in. My favorite old-fashioned style lash curler for sure.
StriVectin TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream
On Wednesday, April 5, my all-time favorite neck cream, StriVectin TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream is 50% off, a much more affordable $47.50. But it is available online only. Check out my review here. The Neck Cream is a very heavy cream, so it may not be for everyone, but I love it. It looks like the regular price has been increased from $92 to $95, so I will definitely pick up one of these.

This is a great deal, DiEtta! My original post was wrong. I thought that anyone could buy the Lorac Unzipped or Unzipped Gold Palettes for $21 each, and I thought the “Platinum Perk” from Ulta was just the free shipping. But Laura set me straight that only Platinum Members can buy the palettes for half off, boooooooooo! The palettes at that price and free shipping are the Platinum Perks. If I had realized that I wouldn’t have bothered with the post since relatively few people would be included.
But I’m so glad you weighed in with the deal from HSN. If someone can come up with the $65, they get a very good deal. How do you always know about the TSVs or other deals on both HSN and QVC? Do you check them or do you get an email announcing them?
