I know that those of you who aren’t into Lilly Pulitzer and Estée Lauder must be getting sick of these posts, but for those of us Lilly addicts they are a must-read!
The Estée Lauder Lilly Pulitzer Summer gift with a $35 skincare or foundation purchase started last week on June 11. If you’re not near a Belk store, you usually need to spend $50 to qualify for free shipping. P.S. If you’re a real Lilly lover, you may want to “like” the Lilly Pulitzer at Belk fan page. It’s a treasure trove of all things Lilly including the newest prints.
The print on the beach tote is called “Where’s the reef?”, and it features stylized raspberry-colored crabs on a aqua-ish blue background. As I’ve mentioned before, the size of the tote is perfect for carrying all kinds of things with you: magazines, books, and even a small to medium beach towel. I love mine.
The Estée Lauder gift goodies appear to be very similar to those in the Lord & Taylor and Macy’s promos: Sumptuous mascara in black, Pure Color Lipstick, a daytime moisturizer sample, and Perfectly Clean Splash Away Cleanser. What’s new this time is a clear lipgloss in a lipstick tube rather than colored gloss, and a comb instead of faux tanner. Also, it doesn’t look like a mini-makeup bag is included. I haven’t found the mini-bag to be too useful, so no loss.
The promotions usually last about 3 weeks or until supplies run out, so that means there’s about 2 weeks left. I heard the tote ran out at Lord & Taylor, but there were plenty of them at my local Macy’s…and that surprised me because the pink/orange bag was so darn cute!
