Everyone Aromatherapy Pure Essentials Oils to Boost My Moods

I finally discovered the pleasures of essential oils a couple of months ago when I started using my essential oil diffuser (reviewed here).

Quite a while ago, I received the Peppermint Aromatherapy Singles essential oil from Everyone Aromatherapy. At the time, I didn’t have a diffuser so I used to put a couple of drops of peppermint EO on the wall of my shower so that the steam would activate the scent. It was a good way to use it till I got my diffuser because it really woke me up in the morning! But the effects weren’t as long lasting as putting a few drops in a diffuser. Now I’m cooking!

Everyone Aromatherapy Pure Peppermint Single

EveryOne’s peppermint essential oil single is distilled from the leaves of the Mentha piparita plant. It has a strong cool peppermint scent with sweet undertones of peppermint candy. It can be used alone for a happy, uplifting, stimulating effect. It also combines well if added sparingly (so it doesn’t overpower) to rosemary, lavender, eucalyptus, lemon, orange, or pine EOs. $8.99 for 0.45 fl. oz./13.3 ml

Everyone Aromatherapy Pure Blends Calm

I had been on the hunt for lavender essential oil to help me relax and have an easier time falling asleep so I was thrilled when I received Everyone Aromatherapy Pure Essential Oils Blends Calm a few weeks ago. It’s a blend of lavender, orange and cedarwood. It’s a fantastic scent that I think I like even more than straight lavender oil because of the depth that cedarwood adds. It is indeed relaxing for me. I haven’t tried it this way yet, but EO suggests adding a few drops to bathwater. I may try adding a few drops to the wall for a nighttime shower. $10.99 for 0.45 fl. oz.

Everyone Aromatherapy Pure Blends Uplift

Uplift is described as “refreshing and inspiring”. I can’t say that I’ve come up with any earth shattering inspirations when I diffuse it, but it does make me feel more awake yet centered. A combination of lavender, orange, grapefruit, cedarwood, ylang ylang, and frankincense, it’s a complex scent that I enjoy diffusing in my office when I’m working. $11.99 for 0.45 fl. oz.

In addition to the peppermint single and the two Aromatherapy Blends, Everyone has quite a few other blends and singles. Distilled from fruits, flowers, resins, trees, and spices, Everyone Aromatherapy blends and singles are pure, and they should be diluted in water, oil or body lotion before they’re applied to the skin. They have the excellent quality you expect from Everyone products. Each brown glass bottle comes with a glass dropper.

Beautiful morning…….🦋⛲️ I love my essential oils. They really have helped with my hot flashes! My favorite blend is peppermint & satsuma. My must have before going to bed is: Progessence Plus & Sclaressence a little on my wrist & bottom of my feet. (Young Living) please do your research on essential oils some a toxic to animals. 🙋🏻💜

    1. I will be on the lookout for satsuma, DiEtta – I love that scent. When you say toxic to animals, is it ingesting the oils?

I love essential oils. I usually diffuse them but often use tree tea oil to help heal cuts, etc, I also have made a pain cream with Shea butter and several oils that help with pain, it has to be kept in the refrigerator though and I often forget it is there. I also have a necklace that has a pad in it to place oils on. Then you wear it around your neck. It is very pretty too.

    1. Those are great suggestions, Sandy! I’m very curious about the necklace. Did you buy it in a store or online? I will have to google EO necklace to see if I can find one.

      1. Sandy P says:

Allison, I purchased it from a gal who sells Young Living Oils. I don’t use a certain brand of oil though. I have used several different brands. I am sure you can find a necklace. It is so pretty with filagree and a long chain. Mine is in silver but I have seen them in bronze.

        1. Thank you, Sandy! I was wondering if it was branded or from one of the essential oil brands. I will google the necklace or look on Amazon. If not, I think one of the bloggers used to sell YL and I’ll check with her. Ever since seeing Rosemary’s Baby a million years ago, I always wanted a necklace with held a fragrance (tho’ that’s not what hers held!)

  3. These sound fantastic! I have a couple of diffusers, and will put these on my list to try when I run low on my stash of essential oils! I love your idea of putting a few drops of essential oils on the shower wall– I have never thought to do that!

    1. I hadn’t either, Helen, but the PR rep suggested it when she sent me Peppermint to try out last year when I didn’t have a diffuser. I can’t take credit for figuring that out 😉 But it does work!

  4. I have several friends who are into oils, I haven’t gotten into them myself.

    1. I hadn’t tried them either, but I’m a fragrance person so when I finally did give them a go, I was hooked

  5. I’m not overly fond of lavender, but the combination with cedarwood and orange sounds interesting and possibly more to my taste. I should pick up a diffuser and some oils!

    1. I thought the whole oils thing was kind of dumb, but I’m a fragrance person and I must admit that now I’m hooked. I really enjoy the different scents wafting through my rooms, and the “calm” oil blend really does help me relax to go to sleep. I love the citrusy one during the day. And the Christmasy blends are heavenly too.

  6. I’m just getting into essential oils–putting a few drops in the shower is such a great a idea!

  7. You know me and you know I don’t use essential oils but.. peppermint I like. I wonder if it’s time for me to get a diffuser and explore the world of the oils.

    1. OMG, I wouldn’t believe it! I started with peppermint before I got a diffuser, and I put a few drops on the shower wall for my morning shower and it really worked!

  8. I really want to get into essential oils, I have anxiety, and I hear it helps!
Julie recently posted…Fight Frizz with White Sands Hair CareMy Profile

    1. It does help me relax and also focus because the scents also help me focus on breathing which helps my anxiety. EO’s blend “calm” does help me relax so I can fall asleep plus the slight gurgling sound of the diffuser is very soothing. During the day, peppermint or uplift help me focus on whatever I have to do. I have spray bottles and rollerballs that I can use with the essential oils mixed with water or a neutral oil to spray wherever I am or to roll onto pulse points. Before I got the diffuser, I would put a few drops of EO on the wall in my shower and the steam would broadcast the scent. It’s worth buying a bottle of a scent that appeals to you and trying it that way.

  9. Love the cute packaging of these oils! I have a soft spot for cute little droppers 🙂 Essential oils are amazing, I am actually running a diffuser with some eucalyptus right now for productivity and for my sinuses. I swear, something’s in the air these days and I keep sneezing like crazy.
