Fluffy Bunny Shea Butter Hand Cream
This is the third tube of Farmhouse Fresh Hand Cream I’ve tried in three different scents. The Fluffy Bunny scent is a new scent. While many of Farmhouse Fresh scents are deliciously and boldly gourmand – bakery or dairy scents – Fluffy Bunny along with Pink Moon and Rainbow Road are softer scents. Fluffy Bunny scent is described as “uplifting lavender mint-julep and cream”, and yes, if you sniff it up close, you can smell notes of lavender and soft mint. But Fluffy Bunny is a subtle scent. For me, rather than being “uplifting”, it’s incredibly calming. It almost has a baby powder scent to it. If I’m feeling stressed out or if I can’t sleep (like every night), I apply Fluffy Bunny Shea Butter Hand Cream and it helps relax me and calm me down. It’s a lovely scent.
In addition to shea butter, the hand cream contains cocoa butter, jojoba seed oil, soybean oil, aloe, vitamins A and E. The Fluffy Bunny Hand Cream, as I’ve come to expect from Farmhouse Fresh, is rich enough to soothe, nourish and repair my dry skin, but it is greaseless too. No worries about having to wait for it to dry or about if it will stain the sheets. With the sunny season upon us, you can also use this emollient cream to calm irritated skin and sunburn (but don’t forget sunscreen!). 24 fl. oz./71 ml $14
Sweet Cream Fine Body Scrub
Here Farmhouse Fresh returns to its gourmand roots. Sweet Cream Fine Body Scrub smells incredibly delicious. It smells like sweet bakery goods to me, like Danish pastry!
The 6 ounce plastic jar is perfect for sitting on the edge of the bathtub or in a shower caddy. It comes with a beautiful carved wooden spoon to “serve” the body scrub. I love that I don’t have to put my fingers in the jar or seek out my own scoop.
The scrub itself is a finer grain than many scrubs I’ve tried that can actually hurt because the grains are big and jagged. These are tiny sea salt grains formed around vitamin E-packed rice bran oil in a smooth slurry of the oil. They melt on contact with my skin. In spite of their relative smoothness, they do a fine job exfoliating my dry skin. I rub it gently in a circular motion, and it does its thing. I love using it in the shower. Or if my hands or my feet are feeling dry, I’ll use the scrub and then follow up with Fluffy Bunny Hand Cream. Again, hydrating and protective, but not greasy. Perfection! $23

I honestly can never sing the praises of FHF enough… I wish that I was on an automatic mailing list to get all the stuff whenever I needed… but I love it so much, I buy and replenish. I’ve been a huge fan of the hand cream I got in a set for the holiday… I’m so beyond impressed and their products smell so good. the scrub is on my list to try… I have the sugar scrub that I repurchase over and over again because it’s my fave.
