Some time ago, my friend Sybille gave me a bag filled with beauty products and samples that she didn’t want. They definitely found a home with me. The big prize was DiorSkin Nude BB Creme, but there were plenty of other goodies in the bag as well.
One that I recently discovered was a deluxe sample of h2o Plus Targeted Care Hand and Nail Cream.
First I apply my Nail Butter to my nails (reviewed here; I’m going for the real treatment for my nails). Then I put a small squeeze of h2o Hand Cream on my hands. This hand cream is so revitalizing and plumping. It makes my dry-looking hands look so much more hydrated and plumper which is amazing because it is so lightweight. It has a fresh scent (though I’d probably prefer unscented, but hey, it was a gift!). And it is truly non-greasy. Unfortunately, I don’t have too much of this 30 ml/1 fl.oz. deluxe sample left, boo hoo.
The website says it contains:
- Silk proteins and vitamin E to nourish nails and cuticles and leave them soft and strong
- Moisture-rich marine botanicals, including Wakame, Sea Lettuce, and Sea Fennel to provide deep hydration for visibly smooth skin.
This was a great find! It is sold in a 2 oz. size for $5 and a larger 6 oz. tube for $15. I know I’ll be buying some more of this! Have you tried it?

I love this hand cream even more than the La Mer I tried last year! Definitely worth trying the sample size!

I’ve tried a million hand creams this year, but so far this one is the best I’ve tried, even better than La Mer!

Wow – I need a friend like Sybille!!! lol! I’m totally sold on this lotion. I gotta check it out. I think Ulta sells this line (at least they did when I worked there several years ago!) so I’m going to go check it out!

I could have so used this on my trip to NJ. The hard water mixed with the 55ish temps two weeks ago wrecked havoc on my poor hands. My skin was dry, and actually cracking (something I suffered from every winter when I lived in Jersey). As soon as touched down in FL my skin felt relief. I need humidity to have nice skin! lol

I haven’t tried anything from that brand, BUT I have definitely seen it before. Now that i know to try it-I’ll pick some up! I’m really bad about keeping a good hand cream on me at all times. So I need to get better about that!

It’s nice to find a product that gives great results. I just finished my Josie Maran hand cream, which is good, but, I think I’ll try this one next.
Glad to know you liked the Josie Maran hand cream, Valerie. I will see if Sephora has a sample and I’ll try out that one. I was surprised that I had such great results from h2o+. It works well for me!

I have a sample of this, too, and really like it. My fave H20 + product is their spa shower gel. MMMMM. Lovely way to wake up in the shower! Their sea salt line is wonderful, too!
