Getting a Lift with City Beauty Multi-Action Sculpting Cream

I think I look somewhat like my paternal grandmother, Sarah aka Sally. Sadly, I didn’t know her very well. When I was a kid, she already seemed old (but she was probably younger than I am now) and she had heart disease that limited what she could do. Nevertheless, she was a nice woman, and I hear she had been a lot of fun as well as a hard worker on the family cattle farm when she was young.

I have her square shaped face. What I am trying very hard to avoid is getting her jowls. Yikes, I want to avoid that at all costs!

For most of this summer, I had been using a combination of different serums with a lightweight gel moisturizer or a super lightweight innovative moisture barrier strengthener that was like putting cotton candy on my face. They were perfect for the warm weather, but I began to think I needed to reintroduce a firming/lifting cream back into my regimen to help prevent gravity and genes from taking their toll on the shape of my face.

Luckily, City Beauty had sent me a jar of their logo of golden skyscrapers on the side of the packaging for City Beauty

I always make sure to recycle their substantial boxes.

The heavy plastic jar with the golden top is also attractive. The Sculpting Cream has to come in a jar because it is so thick and rich. It must be scooped out. It came with a pretty, golden plastic spoon to do the job.

BTW, it has an ever so slight sweet scent that I can only smell if I put my nose into the jar.

Here’s how City Beauty describes their Multi-Action Sculpting Cream: “This moisturizer is designed to visibly restore skin’s elasticity – by lifting, tightening, and firming the look of sagging skin. Our formula nourishes your skin with the vital building blocks that give young skin its taut, springy feel.”

This anti-aging cream is just what I needed and wanted! Because I’m trying to make it last as long as possible, I just it primarily along my jawline and I use a bit on my neck while I’m at it. I apply it from underneath my jawline and up, using an upward motion to lift and provide a little exercise to the skin and the underlying muscles.

Even though I use City Beauty Multi-Action Sculpting Cream on my jawline and neck to focus on lifting and firming, it can also be used to address lines and wrinkles. And sometimes, I splurge and apply it all over my face especially after I use a cleansing clay mask. It is so hydrating and soothing!
