Giveaway: Derma E Trio of Anti-Acne Skincare Products

Acne is not just a problem for teens. Sadly, it can last well into middle-age. But these days, there are many ways to treat acne. Derma E has a number of top-notch skincare products to help keep acne at bay and to treat blemishes that you may have.

3 Derma E Acne treatment skincare products in their outer boxes: Cleansing Wash, Serum and Rebalancing Cream

Derma E Acne Deep Pore Cleansing Wash

pump bottle of Derma E Acne Deep Pore Cleansing Wash

Derma E Acne Deep Pore Cleansing Wash does two primary tasks at once:

  1. it removes built-up oil and impurities to help unclog pores, promote clear skin and prevent breakouts
  2. without stripping skin of the oil that it needs for radiant, healthy skin..

The cleansing wash contains Derma E’s “anti-blemish complex” active salicylic acid (also known as beta-hydroxy acid), tea tree oil, willow bark extract. Lavender and chamomile flower extract soothe and rosewood oil promotes healthy skin.

Because I haven’t used these acne products myself, I decided to read a lot of the reviews. Derma E Acne Deep Pore Cleansing Wash is rated 4.7 stars out of 5. I was amazed at how many reviewers said that:

  • they planned to buy another bottle
  • they would recommend it to a friend
  • it was their favorite anti-acne wash
  • it was very effective at helping to treat acne or prevent acne
  • it didn’t dry out their skin.

In addition, Derma E Acne Deep Pore Cleansing Wash exfoliates removing dead skin cells to promote a radiant glow.  This natural wash with plant-based ingredients provides the foundation of an easy to follow anti-acne routine.

The pump bottle contains 6 fl. oz./175 ml and is priced at $15.50. It is vegan, gluten-free and cruelty-free.

Active Ingredient: Salicylic Acid 2%

Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine (Coconut Derived), Cocamidopropylamine Oxide, PEG-150 Distearate, Polysorbate 20, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Glycerin (Vegetable Derived), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Aniba Rosodora (Rosewood) Wood Oil, Salix Alba (White Willow) Bark Extract, Organic Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract*, Decyl Glucoside (Plant Derived), Potassium Sorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.

Derma E Acne Blemish Control Treatment Serum

The Blemish Control Treatment Serum is the second product in the triumvirate. Like the Cleansing Wash, it contains the proven acne fighter, active salicylic acid. It also contains Derma E’s “anti-blemish complex” including willow bark extract, lavender and chamomile. It also contains antioxidant-rich green tea extract to protect against environmental stresses, and it has soothing aloe vera.

I love serums because they are an extra layer of treatment. Blemish Control Treatment Serum unclogs pores to prevent blemishes. Derma E calls it “an ideal adult acne treatment that is geared towards preventing breakouts from forming.” They claim that it helps cystic acne.

The pump bottle contains 2 fl. oz./60 ml. The MSRP is $16.99, but Derma E Acne Blemish Control Treatment Serum is currently on sale at Ulta for $11.89. It’s vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free.

Derma E Acne Blemish Control Treatment Serum was also rated 4.7 out of 5, and it received the same kinds of reviews as the Cleansing Wash: will buy it again or have bought it repeatedly, effective at banishing breakouts without drying skin.

Active Ingredient: Salicylic Acid 0.5%

Purified Water, Glycerin (Vegetable Derived), Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate (Sugar Starch), Salix Alba (White Willow) Bark Extract, Epilobium Angustifolium (Canadian Willowherb™) Extract, Aniba Rosodora (Rosewood) Wood Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Organic Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract*, Organic Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Extract*, Caffeine, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Carrageenan (Seaweed Derived), Polysorbate 20, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.

Derma E Acne Rebalancing Cream

The third leg of the anti-acne stool is Derma E Acne Rebalancing Cream. It gently exfoliates, prevents clogged pores and calms skin, while it nourishes with nutrients and balances skin’s oil for healthy skin. Like the other two products, it contains active salicylic acid and Derma E’s “anti-blemish complex”. It also contains jojoba seed oil to quench skin, aloe vera to soothe, and panthenol as a humectant.

The Rebalancing Cream was rated 4.6 out of 5 stars, and received similar comments to the other two products.

Derma E Acne Rebalancing Cream comes in a jar containing 2 oz./56 g and is priced at $19.50. Like the other products, it’s vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free.

Active Ingredients: Salicylic Acid 0.53%

Inactive ingredients: Purified Water, Stearic Acid (Vegetable Derived), Cetyl Alcohol (Plant Derived), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (Vegetable Derived), Glyceryl Stearate Citrate (Vegetable Derived), Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Glycerin (Vegetable Derived), Polysorbate 60, Salix Alba (White Willow) Bark Extract, Aniba Rosodora (Rosewood) Wood Oil, Organic Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil*, Organic Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract*, Organic Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Extract*, Allantoin, Panthenol (Provitamin B5), Xanthan Gum, Polysorbate 20, Potassium Sorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil.

Derma E Skincare products are widely available on the Derma E website, at Ulta, Target, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Walmart, Walgreens, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dermstore.com and iHerb.com.
