Although I have a couple of other lip hydrators that I use, City Lips is hands-down the best one for my super dry lips. I don’t know how they do it, but the formula stays on for hours and is not super sticky like so many others. When I use City Lips at night before bed, it is still on my lips when I wake up unlike my other brands that are pretty much gone by morning.
Also, there’s great shade variety. City Lips comes in Clear and 17 other glossy shades from neutrals to pinks to reds.

As a lip plumper, it doesn’t have that tingly irritating feeling like other plumpers. Though I wouldn’t say it makes my lips look huge or unnatural, it makes them look fuller. If you have super dry lips like I do, City Lips is the best because it is so incredibly hydrating and so viscous. But it’s expensive so I only buy it when it has a half off sale/2 for 1 sale.
I didn’t know that there was such a thing as a non-stinging lip plumper! That’s one reason I don’t use them more often, even though the results look great. Thank you for introducing me to this one!

Yes, a non-stinging “lip plumper”. It has HA/sodium hyaluronate and collagen to supposedly plump. I think it helps lips look plumper because they are well hydrated and shiny. But it’s good enough for me. I adore City Lips because it stays on forever and does such a great job of hydrating.
