I still consider myself a newbie to the world of CBD, but the more CBD products I try, the more I am getting up to speed. Just as a reminder, CBD or Cannabidiol is one of the primary phytocannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. CBD meshes with the body’s endocannabinoid system to help soothe when applied topically. Cannabidiol (CBD oil) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid constituent of cannabis, derived from hemp, that does not contain THC and is not psychoactive like marijuana.
I’ve been using CBD Daily Original Intensive Cream with the mint (menthol and cedar wood) scent from the brand Earthly Body on and off for about 6 weeks for aches and pains from hiking, shoveling snow and now gardening. I also apply it to my temples and a tiny bit under my nose when I have a headache. It contains 60 mg of hemp extract in a delightful fluffy, rich, white cream.
For the past 2 or 3 years, I have been trying different CBD creams, balms and roll-ons. So far, I’ve gotten the most pain relief from CBD Daily Original Intensive Cream. Though CBD Daily Original Intensive Cream is packed with shea butter, jojoba oil, and aloe vera to deeply moisturize and nourish the skin, I save this one to use for pain relief because I find it works better for me than other brands I’ve tried. I have a big bottle of another brand of CBD lotion that I use for daily skin moisturizing.
CBD Daily Original Intensive Cream also comes in a lavender scent that makes it perfect for bedtime use. Original Intensive Cream comes in three sizes: 0.5 (a travel size that may be good to try first to try it out), 1.7 and 8.0 fl. oz. I’m using the 1.7 oz. size, and I am finding that a little goes a long way. The prices range from $9.99 for 0.5, $25.99 for 1.7 oz. and $97.99 for the large 8.0 oz. tub.
When I was looking at the CBD Daily website recently, I noticed that they also make a Triple Strength formula (triple the amount of hemp extract/CBD) in the same scents and sizes. Out of curiosity, I intend to try that one next!
CBD Daily has a wide product range with serum, spray, body care, hair care, massage oil, lip balm and more. CBD Daily products are 100% Vegan, Cruelty-Free (Leaping Bunny certified), and made in a solar powered facility in California. A percentage of every sale is donated to the nonprofit, Get Together Foundation, to help further their efforts in helping the homeless community.

This sounds like an AMAZING product! Wish I could partake in this one!
I need to try this. Sitting at my desk for way too many hours a day is wreaking havoc on my back, neck and shoulders!

I’ve had real difficulties finding ones that I feel work well. Glad you found something that actually makes a difference!
The formula looks so nice and thick. I could totally use this right now as I have an achy back from female hormones and such.
I think CBD Daily cream would be perfect to help with cramps. Great suggestion!
Allison,
I have tried several different brands and products of CBD. I have found a local hemp farmer who decided to start processing her own hemp into CBD products. She sells through her website but last year opened up a storefront about 5 miles from me. I use CBD gummies before I go to bed and have a pain free night. I also have tincture that I sometimes use during the day if my balance is bad. I also have bath salts that I use once in awhile but since I prefer showers not often. I have not used her creams as I prefer a roll on product that she sells. So welcome to the world of CBD! Cannabis is legal here in Michigan but since CBD products work so well for me I have not even researched them. Hope the cream continues to work for you.
I’m so glad that you’re having good results with the CBD products from a local grower. Double win, right? I haven’t tried gummies or tincture yet, but I have some softgel capsules that I have used twice and need more experience with before I review them.
Other than the scent this sounds great. Unfortunately our aches are more pronounced now that we’re older. I’m glad that these can be helpful for you.
I have not tried CBD at all, but I’m glad that this has been helpful for you.
I love topical CBD, it helps really well with localized pain. Perfect for sore muscles!
