T, I’ve been taing biotin everyday for about 5 years, so I don’t think I’ll be able to see much of a difference since my hair is thick already!

Although they say the Lovestruck Biotin Gummies taste like strawberry, to me they taste sort of caramel and have that kind of consistency but less sticky. At any rate, they’re pleasant to eat 🙂
