I’ve mentioned aka complained many times about the volume of my hair. Truthfully I’m really thrilled though that I have the volume I do considering all that’s happened to my health over the years. But I still obsess about it and want to maximize what I have.
After seeing the ads multiple times in the back of magazines I decided to try New Nordic Hair Volume (Amazon, Target and others) to see how it might be able to help me. Considering I’ve been using it for almost 3 years now I guess you could say I’m happy with it. This is a dietary supplement. Since I’m not a doctor or scientist I can only tell you my feelings; if you are unsure check with a doctor/dermatologist.
It’s volume I’m concerned with and that’s what I get with New Nordic Hair Volume. Not tons of it but enough so that I look like I have healthy hair. There are a lot of Biotin products available and we do have to be careful not to overload on Biotin. The addition of Apple extracts adds in procyanidin B2 along with the other herbal extracts.

It’s recommended that you take only 1 tablet per day. With all the nutrients in this you don’t want to overdo any of them. This is a fairly big pill so if you aren’t a pill taker then consider this in Gummy form.

This is not a miracle supplement but it is one I trust and has helped me over the years. I’m now taking it once per day but when my hair is at a good volume I’ll take it every other day. I have it on a subscription from Amazon and once a year I’ll have to skip it but otherwise it’s in that daily pill box. Do you take anything for your hair?
I don’t take anything for my hair but haven’t considered it since I kinda have a bald spot near the front. I’ll have to take a closer look at these. thanks for the intro!
That’s great that you can tell they make a difference for you. The additional ingredients besides biotin are intriguing
