I’m Obsessed with Olive & June “Obsessed” Polish

As the holidays are coming up, think about red polish for your nails. I have found my red!

Actually, Obsessed came in the Valentine’s Day Mini Set I bought last January. How did I let it sit around for almost a year before trying it? Although I often don’t wear very dark polish, this one suits me to a T. This shade of red is deep, deep, deep. O&J calls it dark ruby.

I applied Obsessed a week ago Tuesday, 8 days ago. After applying my favorite O&J Nail Strengthener, I applied two coats of Obsessed. It was easy to apply, and it dried quickly. Next, I applied O&J Glossy Top Coat. Then, I used Dry Drops to help my polish dry completely.

I got some polish that I couldn’t see on my skin, thanks to my cataract surgery making me far-sighted (you can see it in the photos, ugh), but when I took a shower, the polish mistakes came off.

Since last Tuesday, I have spent three days working on my yard. I raked up leaves (yet again), put away all the outdoor furniture and garden pots and hooks, and cut down all the plants that benefited from being cut down. Here’s a photo taken on Day 8:

And my mani, now at Day 10, still looks great!

I love Obsessed polish. It is available on the Olive & June website in the full size. If you like red, I recommend this one!

Right now, Olive & June is having one of their rare sales with 25% off everything. I bought a bunch more new polish shades that I had been eyeing. I suggest taking a look at Mini Mani Sweet Set and Mini Mani Spicy Set that has a mini Obsessed in the set (both $25 before discount) as well as the Manicure Sets and Winter Travel Set as small gifts or stocking stuffers. Target also sells O&J with more special mini sets for the holidays!
