InstaNatural Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum & Moroccan Rose Water

InstaNatural is a brand that was new to me. I had an opportunity to try out two of their facial skincare products through my participation in Tomoson.com. I received InstaNatural Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum, and I also chose Moroccan Rose Water.

Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum

I must say I am becoming a vitamin C serum aficionado. I have tried so many of them over the past year or so. Each one seems to differ and shine in its own way.

InstaNatural Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum has a number of key ingredients that offer several important benefits:

  • 20% vitamin C: evens skintone, brightens
  • 3.5% niacinamide: improves elasticity, evens skintone, enhances barrier function
  • 2.5% retinol: antioxidant, improves discolorations and wrinkles
  • 2% salicylic acid: aids in exfoliation, helps clear up acne by shedding skin cells and opening up pores, helps in photo-aging.

The first three of the four key ingredients are really important in taking care of and improving my mature skin. Although I don’t have blemishes, I may even be getting some benefits in terms of treating photo-aging (my dark spots!) with the salicylic acid, and the gentle formula is not hurting my skin in any way. This cocktail of ingredients is pretty much exactly what I was looking for!

I’ve been using InstaNatural Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum for about a month. I liked it immediately because:

  • It is the perfect weight for my dry skin: it’s not too thick but not thin.
  • It has a pleasant light citrusy scent.
  • It instantly brightens my skin.

It comes in a dark blue apothecary glass bottle to protect the efficacy of the ingredients. And it has a dropper. Because the serum itself is not too thick, it’s easy to use: it’s not gloppy and it’s not runny. It’s the perfect viscosity.

In sum, I’ve found another terrific serum that I love!

InstaNatural Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum contains1 fl. oz./30 ml. It’s made in the U.S., and it is cruelty-free. It is sold on Amazon. Presently, it’s on sale for $23.45. There’s a link at the bottom in case you’re interested.

Moroccan Rose Water

The folks at InstaNatural asked me if I’d like to try out another product, and without hesitation, I chose their Morcoccan Rose Water.

I don’t typically use toner, or at least I hadn’t since I was a teen or in my early 20s. Last year, a friend gave me some rose water toner from Whole Foods, and I used it a few times.

InstaNatural Moroccan Rose Water just blew me away! Have you ever been to the Alhambra in Grenada, Spain? It has many gardens including several beautiful rose gardens.

InstaNatural Moroccan Rose Water brings me right back to the rose gardens of the Alhambra. The scent of this rose water is incredible. It’s like pure roses. Not grandmotherly in the least.

It has two key benefits for me:

  • It makes my skin feel like velvet. Rose water is naturally calming and soothing.
  • It has the most calming, relaxing scent. My stress melts away when I use it.

Another benefit that I hadn’t previously known is that it preps my skin for the serum. Great!

InstaNatural Morcocan Rose Water is 100% pure and natural rose water. That’s it. It contains 4 fl. oz./120 ml. It is appropriate for all skin types including sensitive skin. Supposedly, it makes hair soft and shiny, but I don’t want to use it up on my hair!

Like the other products from InstaNatural, it’s cruelty-free and made in the U.S. It is also available on Amazon for about $12.75, well worth it!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

    1. I was concerned about using a serum that had salicylic acid as one of the ingredients, but supposedly it helps with sun damage and I love the other ingredients as well as the scent and the viscosity of the serum. But the superstar is the Moroccan Rosewater. OMG, I could wear it as perfume it smells so heavenly!

    1. InstaNatural Age Defying and Skin Clearing Serum really is an interesting one, Gio. I do love it, one of my faves. I didn’t think that salicylic acid was necessary or even good for my older skin, but supposedly it helps with sun damage so I’ll go with it. And I love that it has niacinamide. Plus the scent and viscosity of the product are perfect for me. Some it’s one of my faves so far. But the real star is the Moroccan Rosewater. I could drink it and use it as cologne coz it smells like heaven! No joke.
