Korres Foaming Cream Cleanser

Korres, a clean skincare brand from plant-based ingredients from Greece, is rapidly becoming one of my favorite skincare brands. Recently, I wrote about my very positive experiences with Korres Velvet Skin Drink (review here) with Santorini Grape (Resveratrol). It is the most lightweight yet hydrating oil I have ever used!

So when I had the opportunity to buy Korres Greek Yoghurt Foaming Cream Cleanser as an Add-on from Ipsy, I bought it.

Although the name is “Cream Cleanser”, I would say that it’s a translucent gel-cream.

Korres Foaming Cream Cleanser: a translucent gel-cream

The cleanser for all skin types is described as:

“…Mediterranean superfood cream cleanser formulated with pre and probiotic rich real Greek Yoghurt, that leaves skin pure and nourished in one cleanse.”

The cleanser:

  • Removes makeup
  • Locks in hydration
  • Deep cleans pores
  • Tones complexion
  • Reduces redness

I wet my face, apply the cleanser, massage it in (it lightly foams), and rinse it off with water. It has a light scent that smells like yogurt that doesn’t smell at all to me once I massage it with water. After rinsing, my skin feels clean but not stripped of its natural oils. The gentle cleanser leaves my skin plumped and revitalized.

Korres Foaming Cream Cleanser comes in a recyclable tube, containing 5.07 fl oz / 150 mL and a travel size with 2.54 fl. oz. as well as the mini size that I am using now. Dermatologically tested. Vegetarian friendly. Silicone free. Cruelty free. Korres Foaming Cream Cleanser is priced at $28 and is sold on the Korres website, Ulta, Sephora, Macy’s, Dermstore, HSN, and at Lovelyskin where it’s currently on sale for 20% off.

I bought the travel size because I had expected to save it for our trip in August to North Carolina to visit Jeff’s daughters, but once I tried it I kept using it. I guess I’ll have to buy the travel size with 2.54 fl. oz. at Macy’s for our trip!

  2. I love Korres, and this cleanser sounds really lovely. The aroma and the gel-cream formula sounds lovely, and the fact that it is gentle makes it all the more appealing to me. I won’t need to buy a facial cleanser anytime soon, but I am taking note of this! Thank you for the wonderful and thorough review, Allison!
