I love cute little things. I can’t resist them. Maybelline Face Studo Master Glaze Blush Stick was one of those cute little things that I couldn’t resist. I found it in a Limited Edition display at both Bed Bath & Beyond and at CVS. Because I had CVS Extrabucks I bought it there.
Master Glaze Blush Stick comes in 6 shades:
- Just Pinched Pink: light pink
- Pink Fever: darker, brighter pink
- Coral Sheen
- Warm Nude
- Make a Mauve
- Plums Up.
I had a difficult time choosing among the few that were left in the display: Just Pinched Pink, Pink Fever and Coral Sheen. I think any one of the three would have worked for me.
I decided on Just Pinched Pink, and it’s perfect because I don’t have any blush that’s this light. Here’s a swatch, but in reality, on my cheeks it’s lighter than it appears in the photo taken under natural light.
It truly glides on, and I rub it in a bit with my fingers. It’s sheer color, and it looks very natural, like I’m not really wearing blush at all. And often, that’s a look I like.
(Sorry about that impression over my nose. I finally got a new pair of new glasses that fit better, and hopefully won’t leave a crater on my nose!)
It’s not the most long-lasting blush. To be honest, I can see the color for about 4-5 hours tops. But I can live with that. This shade and formula are great for when I’m around the house and ‘hood. Perfect for doing errands or hanging out on the weekend.
Here’s what one of the brand websites says about the product:
“Glaze Craze! Now Cheeks Glisten with the Sheerest Color Glaze. Maybelline New York Face Studio Master Glaze Glisten Blush Stick makes cheeks go dewy and gently glazed with sheer blush color. Liquid shimmer pearls + shea butter glide provide blendable blush color and smooth, even application. Why you’ll love Maybelline New York Face Studio Master Glaze Glisten Blush Stick:Sheer blush color Liquid shimmer pearls With Shea Butter for smooth, even application.Directions:Glide Maybelline Face Studio Master Glaze Glisten Blush Stick over cheek bones for fresh-faced color; Blend blush makeup with fingertips.”
The price is from $7.94-$8.99, depending on where you shop. It’s available at CVS, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target.com, Walmart, and Ulta. The size is 0.24 oz./6.8 g. It’s fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, and it’s made in the U.S. I searched for an ingredient list but can’t find one.
So if you’re looking for a natural-looking blush that feels good on your skin, check these out before they’re gone. If you’ve already tried them, let me know what you think!
I have yet to fry this formula simply because I am really enjoying the ELF cream blushes and the Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush. Now knowing the wear time isn’t so great I think I will take a pass. Great review doll. Thanks for sharing.

Shalunya, thank you! I agree, when you find products you like a lot, there’s no need to buy something new, just for the sake of buying them, right?! I’ve heard great things about the Dream Bouncy line but haven’t tried it yet.
That’s such a lovely shade! But I wish it lasted longer. 🙂

Actually, it lasts long enough for me most days. Since I don’t work in an office, it makes it through my day out of the house, lol
I have one (can’t recall the color) and I think it’s an ok blush .. really nice to swipe on, blend with fingers and go. I like the Maybelline bouncy blushes a bit better as they aren’t as slick and seem to wear better on my oily skin.

I like mine, just wish the color would stay around a little longer. I haven’t tried the Maybelline Bounce Blush yet. I’ve got 4 new blushes that I still have to review lol 😉
