Melt Cosmetics Slick Waterline Eye Pencil

Years ago, I love the startling look of a white pencil line along my lower waterline. But thankfully, I’ve moved on from that often jarring look. But in addition to have red eyelids, my waterline looks redder too.

Though NYX had or maybe still has a flesh tone pencil that I reviewed a looong time ago, it was rather stiff and hard to apply along the water.

You may remember that I love Melt Gel Liners. I bought three of them over the past year: silver, dark green and navy (reviewed here and here). They apply with a slant brush so easily, dry down quickly but with enough time to make a change if necessary, and stay on till they’re removed. The perfect gel liner, IMHO.

When Melt had their 40% off everything plus free shipping (that they usually charge $10 for) around New Year’s Day (it’s still going on), I decided this was a good time to make a purchase.

Melt Slick Waterline Eye Pencil

Melt Slick Waterline Pencil comes in four shades:

I bought Ivory, and it’s a good shade for me.

What I love about it is that it is so creamy that it’s easy to apply to my lower waterlines. No tugging at all! And it stays on till I take it off. It’s the best waterline pencil I have ever used.

The regular price is $19, but with 40% off it’s around $11. The 40% off sale with free shipping on everything is still on. Now’s a good time to consider the Slick Waterline Pencil and the gorgeous Gel Liners or anything else from Melt Cosmetics.

    1. Honestly, I like Melt’s Slick Waterline Pencil as much as I do the Victoria Beckham pencils. I didn’t notice that VB had a waterline pencil, so I’m glad I found this one!

I just tried my first Melt product: a liquid lipstick. I was underwhelmed. This sounds much better though.

    1. It’s possible that I have bought a Melt lipstick over the years, but if I did, I don’t remember much about it. Their eye products, especially the gel liners and this Slick Waterline Pencil, are the bomb. Seriously

  3. It’s so hard to find a waterline pencil that actually stays put. Great find.
