Well, the day that so many have been waiting for is almost here! Merry Christmas to those of you celebrate the big day! And Happy Hanukah, Happy Kwanza, Happy Solstice, Happy Festivus to everyone else.
I know nobody is reading beauty blogs today, so this is a mini blogpost on a mini nail polish. I haven’t been home lately so I grabbed a Zoya mini polish to take along with me. Posh is the first matte nail polish I’ve tried, and to keep the matte finish, I didn’t apply a topcoat. I have to see if there’s a matte topcoat because without it I had tip wear almost immediately on my right hand. Boo. Especially since I don’t have polish remover with me.
At any rate, no fancy holiday nail art mani for me this year. Just a beautiful deep ruby matte red. I think it’s fine.
The Zoya mini polishes are priced at $5 each on the Zoya website, but I took advantage of the 6 shades for $15 including free shipping, yay! What a deal 🙂

I hope you and “the spouse” had a lovely Chirstmas, Monica! I ended up wearing another one of the Zoya minis I bought, Ziv. It’s the most incredible gold polish I’ve ever ones. Gotta do a quickie post on it, but getting it to photograph the rich molten gold that it is is a bear. What did you end up wearing on your nails?? 🙂

Allison, Zoya makes a matte topcoat, available on their website! I got a Sally Hansen matte silver/gold for Christmas. It’s pretty but kind of flat. So I actually put a glossy topcoat on top and I like it better….. 🙂
