I was in Ulta earlier this week with a 20% off Ulta coupon that I received in the mail. I went in looking for an elusive NYX Wonderpencil (review to come in a future blogpost if I can ever find one in-store to buy, lol!). Since the Wonderpencil was out of stock as usual, I discovered Tarte’s fancier version, EmphasEyes Inner Rim Brightener. What an awful name, though that’s what it’s for, as well as for brightening the inner corners of the eyes. It was $19 at Ulta, and my coupon was good for a 10% discount on prestige brands. They only had two left in the store, but I put it back.
With the Tarte 30% off sale, it’s $13.30. Now, I’m seriously considering it.
