New City Beauty Ultra-Firming Dry Oil for Neck & Decolletage: Introductory Sale

PR Sample, Affiliate Links

Yesterday, City Beauty launched an innovative new product to firm up and define the skin on the neck and decolletage: Ultra-Firming Dry Oil. I use lots of oils for my face and body, but I had never thought of it for my neck. What a cool idea!

Ultra-Firming Dry Oil is exactly that: a “dry oil”. It’s lightweight, and it absorbs instantly leaving behind no greasy residue. Quite amazing.

The skin on your neck and decolletage is different from the skin on your face. It is thinner, more delicate, and it doesn’t have oil glands. Thus, it’s more fragile, it is affected by free radical damage, and can show signs of aging faster than other areas. Ultra-Firming Dry Oil was created to make skin on the neck and decolletage look visibly firmer, smoother and younger in a matter of weeks. And it was created especially for mature women in their 50s, 60s and 70s to address the following issues:

  • Sagging under your chin
  • Wrinkles or horizontal lines on your neck
  • Crinkled, “crepey” skin on your neck or decolletage
  • Loose, flabby areas
  • “Turkey neck”.

City Beauty Ultra-Firming Dry Oil contains three ingredients that are new to me but are said to be the powerhouse ingredients that help this new oil work its magic:

  • Spilanthes Acmella Extract, a Brazilian flower extract, that City Beauty calls “neck botox” because it relaxes fine lines and wrinkles to make skin look smoother and more supple
  • Ubiquinone, a potent antioxidant that protects delicate neck skin from free radical damage and gives it the power to repair itself
  • Signaling Sphingolipid, a molecule that helps firm up the appearance of the neck and decolletage.

In addition, there are about a million natural plant oils in the formula to hydrate and plump the skin.

From a 12 week, relatively small scale study of 30 women age 50-76, here are the results:

  • 96% of users said the skin on their neck feels firmer, tighter, and more lifted
  • 96% of users said the skin on their décolletage feels significantly firmer
  • 88% of users said crepey skin on their neck & décolletage looks reduced

There are before and after photos (after either 8 or 12 weeks) on the City Beauty website that are impressive and also realistic. Although the women pictured do not achieve the look of a 20 year old, the look of the skin on their necks is less wrinkled and more taut and smooth. Check out the photos here.

City Beauty Ultra-Firming Dry Oil can be used as a serum followed by an additional neck cream or on its own. It is to be used twice a day. I apply a dropper full and pat it on my neck in an upward motion. On its own, Ultra-Firming Dry Oil is enough for my skin. Sometimes at night, I will apply neck cream on top of it after it gets absorbed to try for even faster results.

After using City Beauty Ultra-Firming Dry Oil for 6 weeks, the skin on my neck looks and feels better hydrated. I think it’s also somewhat more taut. I still have the two horizontal creases that I had before, but I think it would literally take a miracle for them to go away. I intend to continue using Ultra-Firming Dry Oil, and I will monitor any further improvements.

The introductory price on City Beauty Ultra-Firming Dry Oil is a substantial savings for this 1.6 fl. oz./45 ml dropper bottle: $57 rather than the regular price of $82, a savings of $25. As always, City Beauty has increased savings for those who stock up:

  • 2 bottles: $106, a savings of $58
  • 3 bottles: $141, a savings of $106 plus you also get a free full size bottle of the fab City Beauty UpLift Firming Serum.

    1. At your age (young), that’s the right thing. After 45 or so, you may want to add a neck cream since the skin on your neck is different from your face: thinner, no oil glands, etc.

  8. Jennifer Foster says:

I’ve been using the City Beauty Dry Oil too and my neck does look smoother after a few weeks use. I was wondering if it would ease my forehead wrinkles?

    1. Hi Jennifer, thanks for your question! I haven’t used City Beauty Dry Oil on my face because I have so many other oils. But frankly, I don’t see why not. Because the skin on your neck is more delicate than on your face (except for around the eyes), it is a very lightweight oil. But I like lightweight oils for my face, too. However, I am curious, are you using retinol at night? Retinol or prescription Retin A are the most helpful when it comes to wrinkles.
