Happy last weekend of summer! This was one of the most beautiful weeks of the season in Massachusetts. I went to the beach, and discovered a new sea creature called salp, a small gelatinous clear round creature with a rudimentary nervous system that hooks up with fellow salps and forms chains. Very interesting indeed, but I must admit they kept me out of the water.
