Hello all! I’ve been missing a few days this week, and probably will be MIA again next week. Fortunately for me, Marcia has filled in for me this week and will continue to fill in next week when she can. Thank you, Marcia, so much!
Unfortunately, the stents that the surgeon put into Jeff’s lower leg at the end of February that initially seemed successful turned out to be inadequate. Poor Jeff just spent 5 days in the hospital while the doctors studied the situation and determined what to do next.
Though they let him come home for a few days, I have to bring him back on Sunday to prepare for vascular surgery on Monday morning.
Because I will want to spend time with Jeff at the hospital in Boston every day after the surgery (and it is a long, traffic-involved trip each way), I don’t think I have the time to write a worthwhile blogpost next week. I hope that once he comes home to recuperate, I’ll be able to get back to posting at least a couple of times a week.
In the meantime, hope all is well with you. And see you again soon!
Hoping for Jeff’s full recovery and strength for you to help him achieve it!
Thank you so much, Cynthia! I appreciate your good wishes!
Best to you and Jeff and hope he feels ace soon. The concern and care for loved ones can take a toll physically and mentally, take care of yourself during this time.
Thank you so much, Mary! We appreciate your good wishes xo
Allison, I hope all goes well with Jeff’s surgery. Take good care of Jeff and yourself. Much love to you both.
Sending prayers for a speedy recovery and god bless you!
Sending prayers for full recovery and that he will be a good patient when he gets home.
Holding good thoughts forJeff. Take care.
