Just a quick post about how wonderful RITUALS Ayurveda Natural Dry Oil for Body & Hair is! The Ayurveda collection of body and bath products is all about balance, and at the start of a new year, who can’t use a little balance in their life?!
From my stash, I opened a new, easily recyclable glass bottle of Ayurveda Natural Dry Oil today. For a change of pace, I used it as a body moisturizer after showering today instead of body lotion.
The spray is easy to use to apply the golden light oil on shower damp skin. Plus, the rich fragrance of Indian Rose and Sweet Almond was absolutely intoxicating! Importantly, the greaseless dry oil was absorbed by my dry skin quickly, leaving softness and suppleness behind.
Eleven hours later, I can still smell the Ayurveda scent on my skin, though less strong than when I initially applied it. It is truly delightful. In fact, I love it so much, I sprayed some on my fingers, as I wrote this post, and ran them through my hair. Such indulgence! If you’re a spicy, oriental scent lover like I am, Ayurveda Natural Dry Oil is absolutely divine.
Although RITUALS website has a 60% off sale going on now of a limited selection of products including the Ritual of Sakura Dry Oil with its fragrance of cherry blossom and rice milk, the US website is sold out of many of its regular bath and body product inventory including Ayurveda Dry Oil. But check back because I am sure they will restock before Valentine’s Day, or check your local RITUALS store if you are lucky enough to have one nearby.
I am such a fan of Rituals, as you know, and you also know all about my penchant for dry oils. This sounds positively delightful, and the scent sounds like something in which I would delight. Thank you for the fantastic review, as always, Allison!

I’m so glad you’re a fan of Rituals, too! I was so sad that I didn’t have time to run into the Rituals store in Covent Garden, and I didn’t see a Rituals or a Molton Brown store in Dublin, but fortunately I can shop them from here!
