There’s a painting by Maxfield Parrish, The Lantern Bearers (1908), that I want to see at the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge MA, and the exhibition ends on October 28. Jeff and I are going to drive out to the Berkshires today to see the foliage at its peak and to see the painting as well as the rest of the exhibit. Works by N.C. Wyeth, the super talented artist and illustrator and father of Andrew Wyeth, are part of the show as well.
