I’m so happy that I can wear makeup again and be seen. Wearing (and hiding) behind a mask took its toll on my mood. I am so ready to see and be seen again and SKONE COSMETICS has sent me some fun so I can do just that.
I’ve previously reviewed SKONE and enjoyed it all tremendously. Today I have three new items that are as magical as the ones I reviewed on Prime Beauty. The stunning Skone Pink Champagne Eye Shadow palette, their waterproof mascara and the lovely lipstick in Channing. All call out spring to me and will be worn on St. Patrick’s Day especially.
The Pink Champagne Eye Shadow Palette has 4 unique shades that will make you stand out from the crowd. At first the palette looks super shimmery but that’s a top coat that disappears after the first use to show you very rich, vibrant colors. 
You can create a collection of looks from this quad, which has a metallic mauve, shimmering gold, effervescent rose gold, and a brown glitter. For a natural everyday look, use the mauve and rose gold shades. You can take your look from day to night with the brown glitter and shimmering gold.
Top left is deceptive since it’s very light so it makes a great base shade. They call it a mauve but it’s actually lighter than that, almost a peach. The shimmering gold is indeed shimmering. It’s bright and bold and can create stunning looks. This is the pot of gold that will be worn on my St. Patrick’s Day eyes.
Bottom right is the effervescent rose gold and boy is it effervescent!! It’s a beauty and one you won’t find often. What looked like a light brown with a slight green tinge to it is actually a brown glitter. I especially like to wear it with the gold.
Pink Champagne after use:
Next is the creamy lipstick from Skone called Channing. Actually Skone has 6 shades of lipstick and they all can be bought in either the shiny pink top or the Jewel Encrusted One. Either way this is a luxe lipstick that feels so good on my lips. Bye bye matte lipsticks on my dry lips. Hello creamy dreamy lips!
Lexington – dusty salmon.
Maxamillion – cool merlot.
Jaxx – starburst red.
Sebastian- brownish tan mauve.
Channing – pink mauve.
Fitz – fuchsia.
The last time I was lucky enough to review Skone Cosmetics I was sent their Bombshell mascara which is a great one for daily wear. Now I have the Waterproof Mascara and I like this one even better. I wore it to the dentist recently and even with my watery eyes I still had mascara that looked perfect. It’s going to be especially great for hotter weather.
It’s hard for the small independent companies to keep up with the giants of the cosmetic industry but I think that’s what I like about them. They work hard to keep up. Skone is a cruelty-free brand with most products being vegan. Skone Cosmetics was founded in 2009 by Natasha Caesar, a Trinidadian born entrepreneur. Skone means beautiful spirit and that’s how you’ll feel using the brand.
Wow! 3 of the 4 eyeshadow shades are stunningly pigmented! They would surely show up from across the room! Channing is very close to the lipstick that I received recently – it’s a perfect spring shade. Good work, Skone!
This is a very easy shade for me to wear. I so often receive lip colors that are too dark for me but Skore got it right.

Those shadows are stunning, and I would wear Sebastian all of the time because I taupe shades! I have never tried this brand before, but clearly I should! Thanks for the review and gorgeous swatches, Marcia!

I packed on the shades but they apply better on my lid. They are smooth and easy to wear.
