A few months ago, I posted about my spring/summer Target Beauty Box. Recently, I found out that Target was offering two more beauty boxes for Fall 2015, each $5 including delivery. I chose the Honor Roll box. You have to act fast to score a Target Beauty Box because they sell out very fast.
The box took about a week to get here, and it just arrived. This will be first impressions since I haven’t had a chance to use all the items yet.
With the box, there’s a card that describes the items and includes a $3 off coupon for a beauty purchase of $15 or more. I didn’t notice that last time. Glad I saw it this time!
Here’s what I got:
- Bathery Delicate Pouf: Today I read a post about remembering to change your pouf frequently so that bacteria and germs don’t build up. It’s been ages since I changed mine so this pretty aqua pouf goes directly into the shower. Full size.
- John Frieda Luxurious Volume 7 Day Treatment: I’m a big fan of John Frieda 3 Day Straight. However, my hair already has a ton of volume so I will add this to the giveaway pile. Deluxe sample, 1 fl. oz., good for 3 uses.
- Olay White Strawberry Body Wash: One of the key reasons I chose this box instead of the other option was because I wanted to try the Olay Body Wash. The scent is white strawberry and mint. Though it doesn’t smell like a natural scent, it smells very sweet and fresh at the same time. I like it. I’m using it tonight. Deluxe sample, 3 fl. oz.
- Goody Ouchless Elastics: I almost always wear my hair in a pony tail when I jog everyday so I can always use more coated elastics. I already have quite a few in my stash, so I’ll either throw them in my makeup bag or add them to the giveaway pile. 3 coated elastics
- CoverGirl Outlast All-Day Primer: I haven’t tried the CG Primer so I’m curious about it. I applied some of the lightweight white gel to my arm, rubbed it in, and it completely disappeared without leaving anything behind. I’ll have to report back on whether it works. Deluxe sample, 1 fl. oz.
- Burt’s Bees White Tea Facial Cleansing Towelettes: I’ve never used Burt’s Bees wipes so I’m eager to see if they’ll remove my makeup and not sting my eyes. Good timing because I used up the last Skyn Iceland Facial Wipe last night. 10 oount
- NYX Butter Gloss Strawberry Parfait: Buttery soft, non-sticky gloss that smells like caramel when first applied but quickly disappears. Strawberry Parfait is a pretty, translucent pink that is an MLBB shade on me. I like it for every day wear. Full size.
Since the NYX Butter Gloss is priced at about $4.99 on its own, I’d say I got a very good deal! Did you pick up either of the Target Back to College Beauty Boxes?

I love all NYX lippies!! I’m more partial to the matte lip cremes, but I like them all!
I like the matte lip cremes from NYX as well. I was hoping this shade would be a little darker and more pigmented but it feels great on my lips so I like it enough!
I’ve been wanting to try the Burt’s Bees wipes. I’ve been purchasing lots of different types to find the perfect one.

This will be my first time trying Burt’s Bees wipes. I really like their cream cleanser so I have high hopes for these. I know what you mean about searching for the perfect wipe! I just finished a deluxe sample size (about 15, I think) of Skyn Iceland wipes that I got in an ipsy bag and I really loved those so I hope these will be as good.
I keep forgetting about these boxes! They are definitely a good value, you can’t beat all that for just five bucks!

Yes, I thought it was worth it just together another NYX Butter Gloss plus all the other goodies, and it was!
They do sell out so fast! Only 20 minutes after they came up for sale, I went to order them and this box was already sold out. So sad. lol Although, I did get the other one. It came yesterday and, certainly isn’t as exciting as this one but, everything is still really nice and for sure useable. This Honor Roll box is so nice. The pouf, body wash, lip butter, volume hair care (my hair is quite fine), and wipes are quite the score. Good on you for snapping it up! 🙂
Wow, I can’t believe that the box sold out within 20 minutes, Natalie! How did I luck out? Actually, one of the girls in a blogging group I’m part of posted about it. Next time, I’ll post it on Facebook immediately (though FB hardly shows my posts to anyone, grrrrr), and I’ll send out an alert on my blog — that is if I find out about it in time! But I’m glad you at least got one of the boxes. I saw some nice wipes and body wash in that box too, if I remember correctly. I agree with you: the stuff is very usable, and what I can’t use will go into my giveaway pile. In fact, maybe this week I’ll find the time to put all the giveaway stuff together and get ready to launch another giveaway so I can move all the cosmetics that are taking up room under my sink that I’m saving for a giveaway, lol. Stay tuned!

I bought it for the body wash and the NYX Butter Gloss. I was hoping the shade of the Butter Gloss would be brighter/more pigmented like a couple of others I own, but it still feels good so it’s good to wear around the house. And the Burt’s Bees wipes I needed. So I got my $5 worth 😉

Haha, Jamie! It turned out to be a box that’s really full of staple items, meaning stuff that I can use: wipes, a new pouf, more ponytail elastics, another NYX Butter Gloss, and a new shower gel to try. But I think it’s definitely more than worth the 5 bucks, right?!

I picked up both boxes since they were such a deal. I’ve already given away a few things and some are in my stash. I figured you couldn’t lose on these. The Allure Box coming out is almost $50 and I wouldn’t buy that but this was a bargain.

I agree with you, Marcia. Although I only got the one box, I knew it had some staple items that I can use and others that I can put into my giveaway pile. For $5 including delivery, it’s essentially free. I am passing on the Allure box too.

For $5, it was worth it for a box of every day essentials.
I have been trying to get my hands on that Target box since last winter. The website always shows sold out. Nice Box. I got that same lipstick in my Wal-Mart Box.

I hear ya, Shipra, sometimes we just have too much stuff! I needed the Burt’s Bees facial wipes, I wanted to try the Olay body wash, and I wanted another NYX Butter Gloss so that’s why I went for it. The rest of the stuff goes into my giveaway stash.
