I know, this looks like deja vu all over again, but it’s not. I stopped in at Ulta today, and there’s more going on in terms of savings during their 21 Days of Beauty than I thought. In addition to the special prices for certain products on specific days (check the calendar), this week many of the prestige brands are offering gifts with purchase. And there are some good ones. For instance, Lorac is offering a deluxe size eye primer along with a $25 purchase. Lorac is one of the best eye primers for mature or dry skin because it’s moisturizing rather than drying.
Another deal that I must point out is the starter kit offered by Bare Minerals for $38 that is only available at Ulta.
If you’ve been curious about Bare Minerals, this is the way to go. You get a full size jar of the original Bare MInerals loose mineral foundation in your choice of shades — that alone is usually about $25. The kit comes with a primer, foundation brush, mineral veil — the loose setting powder, a full size mascara, a full size lip gloss. Do it.
So if you were thinking about getting to Ulta during the sale, I’d go this week while the high-end brands are offering the freebies. Or go to the website. Ulta.com is offering a slightly different Bare Minerals starter kit for $1 more or $39. Most of the kit is the same, but instead of the loose powder mineral veil, the online kit gives you a small compact with Bare Mineral’s new Ready veil, the mineral veil in a more solid form.

If you buy anything, let me know what you get 🙂
Another great tip! Thanks Allison!
