The most common cosmetic complaint from people I know is how “How do I get rid of these dark circles?” We all seem to be plagued with them. Even my much younger daughters-in-law complain about this and ask me for help. Luckily I now have a solution for them: Vassanti Liquid Cover Up, an oil-free foundation and concealer.
Vasanti’s biggest seller for correction is Liquid Cover Up VO2 but this also comes in a variety of shades. Just take the Dark Circle quiz to find the one that suits you best. I matched to V1 in the Liquid Cover Up Foundation/concealer. There are 12 shades and once you take the quiz your best shade will be revealed.

I use this after my skin is moisturized and my eye cream or serum has been absorbed. Use the applicator to apply but then I go on to use a beauty sponge to blend. I finish up with Vasanti Lotus Brightening Powder in 100 Volts. I have several powders but I’ve found that this makes everything look finished without any powdery look. It’s not a necessity but it’s a pleasure to use plus it comes with the Oh Sponge so it can’t be beat.

Vasanti V1 isn’t the lightest shade but I wish that’s what I had. While V1 is a good shade for under eye circles it’s also orange on me considering my skin is ultra fair these days. But I’m not complaining because Vasanti sells an orange correcting color concealer so that’s how I use this. An orange corrector erases the appearance of dark circles by using orange to color correct and conceal any dark shadows. It will prevent your dark under eye circles from showing through your makeup.
All three of the products I have: Oh Sponge, Vasanti Lotus Brightening Powder and especially Liquid Cover up Foundation & Concealer are excellent additions to my cosmetic wardrobe. Since I love applying cosmetics it’s delightful to have the right tools to look my best.

Hi, Marcia – This is definitely what I need! That little applicator looks more like it’s for concealer than foundation, so I’m having a hard time imagining how it would spread all over. Angie, you need so little of the product because it goes a long way. Just dab it on in a few places and blend. It’s too dark for me for a foundation though so I ordered it in 0 from Amazon.

Marcia, what an interesting product, the Liquid Cover Up. I wonder if the orange color would work for me or if I could have to use a regular brightening concealer over it? I clicked on your link to Vasanti Liquid VO2 but I wasn’t sure what the difference was between the two products? Nevertheless, cool!
