Vegamour, the hair health and growth brand, sent me a box chock full of stunningly packaged hair growth products at the end of the summer. I am just beginning my Vegamour hair growth journey, but in the meantime, let me tell you about the first of the products that I tried and immediately fell in love with.
I’ve been taking Natrol Biotin for at least 4 years, so it took a lot for me to try another brand of biotin. But Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies for Hair got my attention from the get-go with its pretty pink glass jar.
When I opened the jar, it was love at first sight. The gummies are heart-shaped! Could I love them any more?
Well, yes I could after I tasted them. They are naturally strawberry flavored with a dusting of cane sugar on the outside to help prevent them from sticking together. The first time I tried one, it was so delicious that I had to eat another one. Let me tell you, it takes discipline for me to eat just one a day!
Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies for Hair contain 5000 mcg of Vitamin B7 or Biotin. That’s the same amount as in the Natrol tablets that I had been using. But in addition to the Biotin, Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies for Hair also contain a slew of other beneficial vitamins and minerals that are great for hair, nails, skin and body. And because I don’t take another vitamin/mineral supplement, I appreciate them even more.
Because I am not starting from Ground Zero when it comes to biotin, it is difficult for me to tell how the Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies compare in terms of effectiveness. My hair still feels and looks healthy and my nails are still in good condition. We’ll see if it’s possible for my hair and nails to get even better. But in the meantime, I honestly look forward to taking my Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummy every morning!
A jar of gummies contains a 30 day supply (if you stick to one a day and don’t eat more of them because they taste so good!). It’s priced at $28 or $24 with free shipping if you sign up for a monthly subscription on the Vegamour website. There are also introductory offers from Vegamour. Vegamour is also sold at Sephora, so you can choose where you want to buy them.
Vegamour is a plant-based, vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free brand that started in 2017 by Daniel Hodgdon and Christina Zeigler with lash and brow growth and conditioning products. From there, they introduced a range of botanically based products that help thicken hair and stimulate hair growth.
I’ll be back with an update after I finish both jars of the yummy Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies for Hair. I have quite a few Vegamour products to try, and some to give away as well. Stay tuned!
I would definitely use these and I don’t even mind the strawberry flavored.

Dorothy, to me the strawberry flavor is the best part ♥️ So yummy!
These sound like fantastic gummies for the hair!

I sure think they are!
I need to start taking some sort of supplements. As I’ve gotten older now in my mid 40’s, I’ve noticed my hair thinning.

I’m surprised that, as a nail blogger, you aren’t already taking a biotin supplement. They actually work on hair and nails!
I take Biotin so when I was offered these I turned them down. I guess I need to change my mind. Biotin makes my hair thicker so it’s a must for me.
I’m sorry you turned the Vegamour Gummies for Hair down. I have been taking Natrol Biotin for years, and I still really like them. But these gummies from Vegamour are so delicious, I honestly have to restrain myself from eating more than one, lol!
The pricing is very affordable and I would like to repurpose the glass jar later. I really like strawberry flavored gummies so I think it would be a win for me!
