Happy weekend! And welcome February! The days are noticeably longer here north of Boston. I’m hoping the groundhog won’t see his shadow on Sunday so we’ll get an early spring. The snow hasn’t been too bad here this winter, but I’m ready for spring now. My hellebore that’s in my back border along the back of the house has been in bloom for weeks now. I mean to cut some forsythia branches to bring in the house to force. Valentine’s Day will be here before we know it.
