I just got back from my southern travels yesterday. It was spring in North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington DC. In Massachusetts, it was 32 degrees. I heard I missed the warm weather in MA, but it sure was hot in Asheville where it was 80! The cherry blossoms in DC were lovely with peak bloom even earlier than predicted.
