As I’ve written over and over, Derma E is the skincare brand that I think provides the most bang for the buck. It’s cruelty-free, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, GMO-free, recyclable, and affordable. The products are also free of parabens, sulfates, petrolatum, mineral oils, phthalates, and sodium lauryl sulfate.
Plus, Derma E is easy to buy online and in stores. They also have frequent sales on their website, like their July 4th sale with 25% off sitewide with the code JULY4 that’s going on now through the long weekend. I love this brand!
Derma E Giveaway
Derma E has been so generous to Never Say Die Beauty over the past several years. A couple of weeks ago, they sent me a box full of skincare goodies to celebrate all the holidays in June: Derma E’s 38 birthday, Juneteenth, Pride Month, Father’s Day.
Derma E is holding a June giveaway for their content creators around the products in the box. They were asking their content creators to post videos on TikTok and Instagram Stories, and since I don’t do videos that often and I don’t have a TikTok account, I figured I would pass. However, that didn’t prevent me from holding my own giveaway on Never Say Die Beauty for our readers.
I am giving away the following three Derma E products plus an extra from my stash to one lucky giveaway entrant:
- Vitamin C Gentle Daily Cleansing Paste (reviewed here): a rich, turmeric-enriched gentle cleanser that helps brighten skin.
- Purifying 2-in-1 Charcoal Mask for Face and Hands (mentioned here): Because my skin is so dry, I have never used this purifying charcoal mask that I believe better suits combination and oily skin, perhaps even normal skin. It contains marine algae as well as charcoal. It’s gently exfoliating and detoxifying. Not surprisingly, Purifying 2-in-1 Charcoal Mask is one of Derma E’s best sellers.
- Sulfur Spot Treatment: I hadn’t heard about this acne and blackhead treatment product for oily, combination, and normal skin that dries blemishes and draws out impurities. With colloidal sulfur, salicylic acid and calamine, it attacks acne and blackheads while reducing redness. The peachy-pink liquid reminds me of Caladryl, the calamine product I used to use for mosquito bites as a kid. 🙂
- Microdermabrasion Scrub: Microdermabrasion Scrub, an award winning exfoliator, is one of Derma E best selling products. It helps buff skin and minimize the look of fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars.
What about the other products in the Derma E goody box? Those are skincare products that I believe would suit my dry, mature skin, so I will try those out and review them on the blog.

Hi, Allison – How good of you to share your wealth of beauty products! I love Derma-E for their effectiveness and safety. Although my skin is dry, it gets shiny. Some may like that and call it dewy. But my pores get clogged on humid days so I use a charcoal mask on those parts of my face. I get a blemish here and there now and then and was wondering what to use instead of hydrocortisone. My dermatologist usually takes care of that but she is temporarily unavailable. So the spot treatment would answer my question about that! I used to use Derma e products and I loved them. I would like to try them again.
My skin is a bit dry for these products but my teenage son is having major breakouts and this could really help him.
