Every day seems to be celebrating something. And today is National Lipstick Day! Usually I would be wearing one of my favorite lipsticks, most likely a celebratory red, but today I have a hair appointment at Sassoon in Boston and I’ll be wearing a mask all day. Nevertheless, it’s nice to acknowledge lipstick, usually the one makeup that is recession-proof and disaster-proof, although this year I’m not so sure.
